  • To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.

b) Refund Process:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation as to why you are requesting a refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
  • Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


2.Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Only items purchased directly from our website or at an event we are vending at with a receipt within 30 days of purchase are eligible for return. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer or website, please reach out to them regarding their return policy.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your return within 5 business days.
  • If your return is approved, you will be provided with a refund, store credit, or the option to exchange the product for another item of equal value.


3.Exceptions and Additional Information:

a) Shipping Fees:

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in processing your order.

b) Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Provide details, and if possible, attach relevant photos of the damaged product.

c) International Orders:
